    Muskegon Community Radio is a newly formed organization with the goal of bringing positive local content to the airwaves in Muskegon. Not just music. We'd like to promote the local events that are happening all around us. All over the county people are doing their best to hold quality, positive, family friendly events that help our community to be the best in West Michigan. We want to know what's going on and then spread the word by way of two new stations.

    w-HEY! 88.9 FM North Muskegon is a new 1000 watt full power, commercial free and listener supported FM broadcast station that is intended to reach the youth and young adults of Muskegon with positive family friendly content. Cutting edge music that would probably not line up with the tastes of most parents, but,  is just what the youthful audience today want to hear. There is a beat, a rhythm the newer generation finds more to their tastes than the Rock & Roll or contemporary sounds that are available elsewherer on the air.
