Dave Nordstrom was born in Muskegon Heights, began school there moved to Norton Shores, graduated from Mona Shores, then went to Cornerstone University(then known as Grand Rapids Baptist College). Dave graduated from Cornerstone in 1979, got married and he and his wife began their youth ministry. Dave worked in a number of churches with teenagers in Colorado, Michigan and North Carolina, until beginning his work with Youth For Christ in 1984 in North Carolina and has continued with Youth For Christ in Muskegon for the past 20 years. Dave and his wife Carole have 3 daughters. Dave attends CrossWinds Fellowship church and works with the youth there, and CrossWinds is also the facility used to reach out to 150 teenagers weekly thru Youth For Christ. Dave has also owns and runs a screenprinting business for the past 25 years and is in. And is also heavily involved with the ALIVE ON THE LAKESHORE events....UNITY Music Festival and Rock the Coast.
